We are currently looking for a talented Building Services BIM Specialist to join an in-house team working on complex construction and building services projects in Dublin.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in BIM, Revit and Navisworks, with a background in mechanical and electrical services coordination. You will work collaboratively with project teams and key stakeholders to develop coordinated models, resolve design and coordination issues, and support BIM delivery across both live and tender projects.

Responsibilities
Use BIM software to produce collaborative 3D models and associated drawings.
Liaise with BIM Managers, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Project Supervisors and other project stakeholders.
Develop model elements to the required level of graphical and data detail.
Monitor and identify clashes and produce weekly clash detection reports.
Coordinate and monitor incoming and shared models.
Lead weekly BIM and coordination meetings.
Produce drawings, images and other BIM outputs as required by the project team.
Create and maintain BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.
Coordinate mechanical and electrical building services elements and associated asset data.
Produce COBie data and other required information deliverables.
Produce as-built drawings and models.
Develop and maintain Asset Information Models (AIM).
Support BIM delivery across live projects and tender opportunities.
Produce AutoCAD mechanical and electrical schematics.
Produce BIM renders and images for project reports and presentations.
Identify, investigate and resolve design and coordination issues in collaboration with project stakeholders.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant safety, quality and company procedures.
The Ideal Candidate
Minimum 5 years’ experience working in BIM, Revit and Navisworks.
Strong experience in M&E services coordination.
Excellent knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Mechanical or electrical trade background would be advantageous.
Experience producing BIM models, drawings, clash reports, COBie data and asset information.
Strong understanding of building services and construction processes.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong problem-solving ability, with a proven track record of resolving coordination issues.
