Hyreus are currently recruiting for a Senior Environmental Advisor for our client’s delivery team supporting major non-nuclear infrastructure works at the Sellafield site. This is a permanent role offering generous salary and car allowance.
Responsibilities
Provide environmental support across construction activities
Ensure compliance with environmental legislation
Develop environmental management plans
Conduct environmental audits and inspections
Manage environmental risks
Support incident investigation
Liaise with regulators and stakeholders
Provide guidance to delivery teams
Monitor waste and environmental performance
Support environmental reporting
Candidate Requirements
Experience in environmental advisory roles
Knowledge of UK environmental legislation
Infrastructure project experience preferred
Strong compliance and audit capability
Environmental degree or equivalent
IEMA membership preferred
