Hyreus are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for our client’s commercial team supporting major non-nuclear infrastructure works at the Sellafield site. This is a permanent role offering generous salary and car allowance.
Responsibilities
Lead commercial management of work packages
Manage cost forecasting and reporting
Administer NEC contracts
Manage subcontract procurement
Assess variations and change management
Prepare payment applications
Manage subcontract accounts
Support commercial risk management
Provide commercial reporting
Work with project delivery teams
Candidate
Experience as Senior Quantity Surveyor
Strong NEC contract knowledge
Civil and Infrastructure projects background
Excellent cost management capability
Strong negotiation skills
Degree qualified or equivalent
Ability to obtain Sellafield clearance
