Hyreus are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Coordinator. This is an office-based role in Dublin 17
Project / Role Scope
The successful candidate will play a key role in service delivery across PPM, reactive works, service contracts and small projects, acting as a central coordination and client-facing point within the service department.
Responsibilities
Act as the daily point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and high service standards
Coordinate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules and ensure on-time completion
Support day-to-day service operations, including engineer scheduling, task allocation and workflow coordination
Assist with service contracts, commissioning activities and repair works (e.g. Heat Pumps, Chillers, AHUs)
Prepare client reports, KPI updates and monthly service summaries
Maintain accurate documentation and updates within CRM/ERP systems
Liaise with engineers, subcontractors and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
Support continuous improvement initiatives across service operations
Assist with resource planning and operational readiness
Identify service and upgrade opportunities during client interactions
Support the Service Sales team with quotations, renewals and technical information
Highlight equipment condition issues and end-of-life assets with commercial potential
Candidate Requirements
Experience in facilities management and/or HVAC service operations
Strong client-facing communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and escalate when required
Strong IT skills (CRM/ERP systems, MS Word, Excel, reporting tools)
Proactive, process-driven mindset
Desirable
Background in HVAC, building services or technical service environments
Knowledge of PPM scheduling and service contract management
Experience supporting field service engineers
Strong documentation and compliance focus
