Stevie comes from a construction background and left the trade in 2008 when he made the decision to move into the recruitment sector. During his trade he was self-employed which gave him the opportunity to learn and develop his skills such as planning, scheduling, time management and organisation which are vital for recruitment. His strengths within recruitment are in account management, building relationships and communication. He is a personable and a genuine recruiter who holds transparency and honesty as his key values. He really enjoys getting a win for a candidate, helping them take a step forward in their career.Stevie has worked across a large variety of business functions and industries over the last seventeen year in recruitment including but not limited to Civil Engineering, Construction, Renewables and HVACR/Building Services.Outside of work Stevie spends time with his wife and two kids and he spends his spare time walking around the timber isle of B&Q! Stevie will go out his way to make sure anyone he speaks to is immediately aware he used to be a Joiner.​
