Hyreus are currently recruiting for a Service Engineer/Technician for our client who are a market leading climate solutions business.
               
Job Summary
The Service Technician is responsible for service and technical support and to maintain customer HVAC plant and equipment on site covered by the maintenance and service contract.

Responsibilities: 

Provide mechanical/electrical repair/service
Diagnose system problems when servicing equipment.
PPM, Breakdowns etc
Work in conjunction with Service, Sales, Operations.
Follow and understand engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
Create accurate specific job reports.
Liaise with supervisors, service managers and senior technicians.

The Candidate:
Proven experience as a technician or engineer in HVAC
Knowledge of manufacturing industry
Commercial and packaged rooftop units experience
Relevant mechanical trade background and supporting qualifications
F-Gas
Able/willing to cover standby requirements       
Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
Valid UK Drivers licence
