Hyreus are currently working with a internationally recognised business who have a requirement for a Branch Manager with experience in the HVAC space.
Responsibilities:
Lead sales staff, counter staff, warehouse personnel and service teams.
Manage development and performance of all staff.
Take responsibility for recruitment and workforce planning.
Drive sales strategy
Manage, develop and build relationships with customers.
Manage and oversee P&L, forecasting and expenses.
The Candidate:
Experience and good knowledge of HVAC products and systems. MEP experience also considered.
Significant experience in branch, wholesale, retail or distribution.
Ability to manage budgets.
Competent in management of inventory and logistics processes.
