Hyreus are currently recruiting for a Plumber for our client - an Irish HVAC and BMS engineering firm operating across the industrial, pharmaceutical and commercial sectors.
This role is primarily Leinster-based, with occasional travel across Ireland as required.
Project Scope
The successful candidate will be responsible for mechanical plumbing works across commercial and pharmaceutical environments, focusing on maintenance, repair and installation of plant room and heating systems.
Responsibilities
Maintenance, repair, upgrade and installation of:
Boilers
LPHW heating systems
Pumps
Water heaters
Hot water storage calorifiers
Carry out preventative maintenance on plant room equipment
Assist HVAC engineers with maintenance duties when required
Ensure all works are completed in line with safety and compliance standards
The Candidate
Plumbing qualification – FETAC Level 6
Minimum 3 years’ post-apprenticeship experience
Experience working on commercial or industrial plant rooms desirable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel as required
