Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate the day-to-day work of installation engineers to meet operational targets (quality, timelines, efficiency, and customer satisfaction)

Organise labour resources and plan delivery of materials, tools, and equipment to sites
Manage and track project documentation, including timesheets, contract tracking, variation orders, and handover files

Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining open communication and strong relationships throughout project delivery
Coordinate with the Project Manager on quotations, subcontractor costs, and approvals for design and variations
Handle return of materials, raise standard letters, and ensure fitter certifications and tool availability are in place
Support health & safety compliance in line with legal regulations and company standards, including accident investigations and reporting
Promote and uphold fulfilment and customer service processes throughout each stage of the project lifecycle

The Candidate:

Strong knowledge of safety legislation and site compliance (SafePass required; SMSTS or equivalent a plus)
Commercial awareness and ability to resolve on-site challenges quickly and efficiently
Solid understanding of lift installation standards and ability to read technical drawings
SAP or similar ERP system knowledge preferred
Full, clean driving licence
Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
High attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to work under pressure
