Recruiters conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the role and the company.
Recruiters help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.
build and maintain relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, acting as a point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
Some recruiters may also be involved in developing recruitment strategies, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and contributing to employer branding efforts.
Recruiters need strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
They should be adept at conducting various interview formats and assessing candidates based on their qualifications and potential. :
Recruiters need to be proficient in using various recruitment tools and techniques to identify and evaluate candidates.
Effectively managing multiple recruitment processes and deadlines is crucial.

Previous experience as a recruiter or in a related HR role would be beneficial
Ability to work across a large variety of job sectors, industries and countries.
Proficiency in using various applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Occupop, Team Tailor, Job Adder etc
Proficiency using Bullhorn CRM
