We are working with a reputable business to source an experienced Reinstatement Manager to lead and develop their reinstatement operations. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving performance, ensuring compliance, and embedding a strong culture of safety and quality across our clients teams.
Responsibilities:
Leading multiple reinstatement teams, ensuring full compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards.
Promoting a culture of safety and quality first – every time.
Managing escalated HSEQ issues, ensuring effective resolution and the sharing of lessons learned.
Monitoring operational and financial performance, maximising efficiency and profitability.
Supporting commercial colleagues with subcontractor procurement, contract management, and reporting.
Collaborating with the supply chain team on material procurement and cost efficiency.
Identifying training and development needs for your team, ensuring compliance with NRSWA requirements while also supporting individual career progression.
The Candidate
Extensive reinstatement experience (essential).
Full NRSWA accreditation and a valid driving licence (essential).
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, influence, and communicate confidently at all levels.
Commercial and financial awareness, with proven experience of managing budgets and performance.
Technical knowledge of road specifications (desirable).
A recognised Health & Safety qualification (desirable).
Proficiency with IT systems and reporting tools.
