We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Project Manager to oversee the delivery of data centre projects across the EMEA region. The role involves managing projects from design through manufacture, installation, commissioning, and handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with client requirements.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects throughout design, manufacture, and site delivery phases.
Develop and execute project plans aligned with client requirements and project objectives.
Manage day-to-day project operations, client interactions, and internal teams.
Track project milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and budgets.
Ensure projects comply with specifications, contract terms, and safety requirements.
Oversee site technical teams and coordinate on-site activities.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including technical submittals, health & safety files, and post-project handover documents.
Organise and supervise factory testing and client-related tests.
Manage change orders, variations, and project risks.
Provide timely reporting on project progress, costs, and commercial matters to senior management.
Liaise effectively with project stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners.
Travel to sites as required.
The Candidate
Qualification in Project Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven project management experience in construction, M&E, or data centre projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC and air handling systems.
Excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools such as Procore or BIM360 preferred.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage sensitive information tactfully.
Health & Safety supervisor/management qualification (SSSTS/SMSTS) desirable.
Able to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
