Hyreus are currently working on two new high priority roles for HVAC Application / Technical Sales Engineers who will be responsible for quotations across domestic and commercial projects throughout Ireland.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for HVAC plant equipment for domestic and industrial building services projects
Design complete mechanical system solutions in collaboration with consultant engineers and mechanical contractors
Provide technical guidance and product support to customers and project stakeholders
Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding and interpreting technical requirements
Log, track, and actively follow up on project opportunities through the company CRM system
Support the external sales team with technical input, project coordination, and pre-sales assistance
Liaise with suppliers to ensure optimal product selection, pricing, and availability
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
Carry out additional duties as reasonably required by management
The Candidate:
Bachelor’s Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Engineer/Estimator or similar technical role
Solid knowledge of the HVAC industry and building services systems
Strong customer focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a busy office environment with competing priorities
Authorised to live and work in Ireland on a permanent basis
