Hyreus are currently working on a live role for a Lead Sales Engineer working in Greater Manchester within the HVAC space for a reputable client. 

The key criteria for this role is to provide technical support to the sales team and direct to customers.

Responsibilities:

Ensure Qualification process is followed
Orders Entered on time and accurately
Ensure all incoming enquires are qualified, assessed, prioritized and scheduled, with customer dates achieved
Value Engineering; wherever possible, discussing alternatives with customers and sales engineers
Ensure close communication/liaison with sales engineers on all quotations
Ensure all incoming orders are technically validated and handed over to project team in an acceptable timescale
Ensure pricing and margins are in full compliance with required authorizations
Assist the Sales Engineers, and Internal Sales with the development and implementation of sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

The Candidate:

An innate understanding of solutions and products in the HVAC sector
Confident and experienced so that you can provide technical guidance and support to customers, selecting the most suitable solutions based on their specific requirements.
Understand customer needs and provide timely and effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the external sales engineering and set leads and appointments on CRM.
