We are currently recruiting for a Static Building Services Engineer to join our team for a residential role based in Manchester looking after several buildings contracts in the same post code
This is a Monday to Friday position, offering a great work life balance.
Responsibilities:
Carry out regular maintenance and checks on all building systems
Including but not limited to heating, air conditioning, plumbing, lighting, and fire alarms
Keep weekly and monthly PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) records up to date
Ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs as needed.
The Candidate:
Experience in building services or FM (facilities management). From a Multi-Skilled Engineer or Plumbing background.
Good problem solving skills and the ability to handle maintenance issues quickly.
Friendly and approachable, with strong communication skills.
