Hyreus are working with several clients recruiting for CAD Technicians with experience preparing technical drawings and plans using CAD software, based on survey data brought into office by land and utility surveyors.
Responsibilities:
Produce high quality CAD outputs from point cloud and topographic data, following company procedures and industry guidelines.
Reading and Interpreting Plans - Understanding and working from engineering plans, specifications, and survey data.
Data Input and Management - Importing and managing survey data within CAD systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Checking drawings for errors, inconsistencies, and adherence to standards, and making necessary corrections.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD (both 2D and 3D) is essential
Experience in 3D Revit modelling from laser scans/point cloud data is desirable
