​Hyreus is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee high-priority projects across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in HVAC systems and Critical Environments, particularly within data centre construction and mechanical engineering. This role can be based in either Cork or Dublin.

Responsibilities

​•Act as the primary point of contact throughout the design, manufacturing, and delivery phases of major projects.

•Manage the day-to-day operations and client communications for all assigned projects.

•Develop, implement, and track comprehensive project plans to ensure alignment with company objectives and client expectations.

•Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, records, and progress reports.

•Support the design and documentation teams in compiling and submitting technical documentation, including submittals and specifications.

•Monitor project milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

•Oversee site-based technical teams to coordinate Hyreus activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.

•Produce and manage all health and safety documentation for site operations.

•Deliver post-production documentation such as as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and spare parts lists.

•Coordinate communication among internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to maintain project transparency and efficiency.

•Lead and organise factory acceptance tests (FATs) for client review and approval.

•Manage change orders, variations, and commercial adjustments as projects evolve.

•Ensure adherence to approved specifications, contractual terms, and company procedures.

•Participate in client and third-party meetings, both virtually and on-site, to review and coordinate progress.

•Provide regular reports on project performance, costs, and forecasts to senior management.

•Identify and resolve project challenges promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.

•Support financial and commercial teams with relevant project information and documentation.

•Maintain professional and tactful communication when addressing sensitive or complex matters.

The Candidate

​•Degree or professional qualification in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

•Proven experience managing large-scale construction or M&E projects, ideally in the data centre sector.

•Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, air handling equipment, and critical environment operations.

•Excellent organisational, leadership, and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented approach.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across teams and clients.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

•Experience with Procore and BIM 360 is advantageous but not essential.

•Willingness to travel to client sites within the EMEA region as required.
