We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead purchasing and supply chain activities, drive supplier relationships, optimise inventory, and implement strategic sourcing initiatives. This role ensures efficient, compliant, and resilient supply to support manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead, train, and manage the procurement team.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and onboard new suppliers.
Oversee purchasing, inventory control, and demand forecasting.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity.
Monitor KPIs, optimise processes, and support sustainability initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and safety/environmental regulations.
The Candidate
Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management within manufacturing.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experienced in ERP/MRP systems
Results-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement and sustainability.
